Chapter Championships

Have you ever wondered who is the best shot in the chapter? Do you think you can stick a hawk or knife no matter the conditions? Do you think your skills in the vittles-making arena are second to none? Well, get ready to find out. We will determine exactly who are the most skilled mountainmen in the chapter May 1 & 2. Youngbucks and Oldtimers alike will have the opportunity to compete in 4 competitive trail walks and the cooking competition.

The top scoring Oldtimer and Youngbuck in each skill event will be recognized as a ‘Skill Champion’ and will receive a special patch to be attached to an award’s vest. The top overall scoring Oldtimer and Youngbuck will receive a free registration to the 2009 Plainsmen / Mountainmen Territorial Rendezvous.
