National Rendezvous 2008

A healthy compliment of Smithers were in attendance at the recently completed National Rendezvous. Members of the chapter represented the New Mexico Territory in a grand way. Jayson 'Weed' Carruth garnered a first place prize in black powder shooting and Jere 'Uh Oh' Romero bolstered the chapter's status with a second place finish in archery. The grand ole man of the chapter, Tracy 'Little Mountain' Stambaugh earned a second place finish in Mountainman outfit. Rendezvous Pictures |

| The lost brigades from the Spring finally pushed through the Wilderness and caught up to the trapping company. Bourgeois' Spoon and Hawkr led the brigades along the last few trails into the safety of the trapping company camp. | |
